HOW DO I ACCESS/SETUP MY STARBURY ACCOUNT?

If you have previously placed an order at Starbury.com or are on an email notification list (pre-orders, stock notification, newsletters, etc.), and are having trouble accessing your account, click select "Forgot your password". Enter your email address and click "Reset password". Check your email and follow the instructions given to reset your password.

To setup a new account, select "Register" from under "My Account" at the bottom of our web page. Enter the requested information and click "Create Account". You will receive a confirmation email.

HOW ARE YOUR SHOES SIZED?

Sizes shown are US Men's sizes unless otherwise stated.

DO YOU OFFER WIDE OR CUSTOM SHOES/SIZES?

We currently do not offer wide shoes, customized shoes, or custom sizes.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

Shoes normally ship within 5 business days of your order being placed. and normally arrive within 5 business days of being shipped. This may vary depending upon where you live.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we ship to Canada.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS?

THE PRODUCT I WANT ISN'T AVAILABLE. CAN YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN IT ARRIVES?

Absolutely! Email us at cs@starbury.com and let us know what size and style you would like. Please note that the products listed on the website are what we have available. We will email you when the item you're interested in arrives.

CAN YOU DONATE ITEMS TO MY ORGANIZATION?

Starbury is open to partnering with select non-profits that benefit under served communities. Your organization must be a non-profit and must be able to provide its IRS certification letter in order for your request to be considered. Email your contact information to donations@starbury.com and we will send you a Donation Request form to complete.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU SEND IT IN A PLAIN BOX?

Our packaging is Starbury-branded. If you prefer it to be shipped in a plain box, please enter "plain" in the order comment box on the checkout page.

I WOULD LIKE A CUSTOM BASKETBALL. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 60. Email us at cs@starbury.com for a quote.
